abandoned bicycle found

If you has had a bicycle taken recently please send me a pm describing the style and frame colour. If it is yours you can pick it up from me.It is possible that it has been dumped as the condition is poor and it was never an expensive machine.By the way I am amazed by the number of locked bikes I see on my travels that have been abandoned that could so easily have been repaired but instead are left to be cannibalised piece by piece.

I think what some of them do is steal a bike and then lock it up somewhere else, leave it and then retrieve it later or leave it and someone else takes it or cannibalises it.

There are several websites you can check and register your bike with in case it is stolen.  This is one of them.https://www.bikeregister.com/bike-checker
