I agree.I can't see what this is supposed to achieve.If some of these people think it's all a hoax anda conspiracy ,there must be millions of paid actors inon it.I'm yet to meet one.

I believe that anyone has a right to protest. But do not understand the logic of this one as will surely just lead to further lockdown. I had covid a few weeks back. Hit me like a ton of bricks and totally different from any cold I have had in the past. Painful and was bed ridden for 4 days sleeping. It literally knocked the stuffing out of me.

You are lucky it was only for 4 days - however horrid— my daughter had it for weeks - she told me she has never felt so bad. Luckily she has now recovered- if anyone ever tells me again ‘ it’s only flu’ I would honestly not know how I would react. Thank god for the vaccine.

I wouldn't want to be a serving Police Officer atm  they're damned if they do and damned if they don't  !The people protesting appear to be inconsiderate thugs without regard for anyone or anything, other than what they demand, appalling behaviour!

Well, the nastiest part of it was 4 days, but still feel totally out of it now. Mainly fatigue. Its not nice. The first 3 days I had it, I did not even think it was covid. Pain in neck, then body, then bang it took me down really fast.

You dont have any right to protest under lockdown rules. If you think you do then i would say anyone vaccinated has the right to meet up with others in open spaces,other than you cant because of rules on place. One rule for them and one rule for two people meeting up to have tea in the garden. Stand,shout and tease and now bottles and fireworks and kicking of police vans in hyde park now Lock them up for 10 weeks and give them all a thousand pound fine

But what is really alarming is the bill proceeding through parliament curbing our right to protest FOREVER. I was incredulous but it's true. We are becoming like Hong Kong.

Completely agree, Claire. This crowd seem to be anti-lockdown, anti-mask and anti-vaccine = pro-death, but, given the relatively low infection rates and the fact they’re outside, I guess they’re fairly harmless.  The anti-protest bill, on the other hand, risks putting our democracy on a par with the likes of Hong Kong under Chinese administration.

Protesting during a pandemic is not good and means it will affect all of us now in not being able to prrotest in future.

Yep. People have been loosening up for a while. Every time I go into my corner shop at least half the people don't wear masks. Terrible.
