Can anyone recommend a local trumpet teacher for trad jazz?

Henry Lowther teaches jazz courses at the Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College. I’m not sure if he currently provides one to one trumpet tuition but it would be worth contacting the college. They might be able to direct you elsewhere if he’s not available.
