They're landing a car and a drone on Mars today! There's a number of ways to watch the landing live:https://mars.nasa.gov/mars2020/timeline/landing/watch-online/Sky News will also broadcast it live from Mars. You might want to tune in a bit earlier to watch the actual landing :-)

Nothing will ever beat the excitement of watching (with my grand parents and Canadian relatives) the first moon landing in 1969 on a black and white TV in a hotel in Kalowna. This last summer and autumn it was amazing seeing both Mars and Jupiter so clearly with just the naked eye. Is Elon Musk's Space X Mars mission still scheduled for 2026?

For those of us old enough to have been around for the moon landing in 1969 but not quite old enough to have any memory of it, the next human moon landing will be something to remember. I ‘missed’ it the first time round, I absolutely won’t miss the return.

On Blaze last night  they were saying there are structures on Mars similar to the pyramids on Earth etc., or is this nonsense. Never watch it before is it a rubbish channel.

Pawn stars and hardcore pawn is a good watch Janice

Not for me 😉

Ah, the 'Face on Mars' mystery, although some say it's been solved. It would be nice tho' slightly frightening if it were true.

Keith Iddon ● 2076d

Surely with the face recognition systems that have been around for a while now, you'd have thought they would know who it is by now ?

Yes Keith they were talking about the moon and pyramids not Mars, anyway thought the programme was waste of time.

Janice Evans ● 2076d

Great Julian.
