Mobile phone - Help

Would anyone know and can advise if there anywhere one can get help with a mobile phone during the lockdown? The phone fault is physical rather than software as the prong on the charging cable does not fit in the phone anymore. Thank you

iSmash on power road is very good. Their work comes with a warranty etc. I guess it depends nt he problem, but fixes like new screens batteries etc only take an hour.  I've no idea if they do android. 
If you book online, i think it's a bit cheaper.

the pertinent question is whether the issue is with the charger cable or the socket itself? I'd examine the plug on the cable and see  if there are signs of it being out of shape. If so, then a new cable should do it. If the damage is on the phone then you'll need someone who can open it up I guess,

The problem might be to do with lint or other debris in the charging port. There are a number of videos on YouTube showing how to clean the port with things like toothpicks. Also Google helps with similar tips ... I've had the same problem myself!
