Ocado Zoom non delivery today

I was expecting a delivery today between 1.45 - 2.45 pm but nothing!    Recorded phone message says office closed due to a fire drill.   Email request says they'll try and respond within 24 hrs, which is not much help as I'll be running out of milk pretty soon - gruel and water for breakfast, ugh..    I' m in Grove Park has this happened to anyone else?    It's either a major fire or the vans can't fight their way through the maddening street closures and diversions south of the A4.   This the council's newly designated and unhelpful safer lower traffic neighbourhood, I don't think.

Why didn't you call their costumer service? They will call the driver on his mobile.

Usually the driver would call you anyway in case dorrbell is not working. Maybe the delivery was cancelled due to those circumstances?

Ocado Zoom delivered last night with no problems. I am using Ocado pretty much all the time now since Sainsburys didn't turn up with a big order in December and didn't let me know they weren't coming.  Days later they responded to say there had been a problem with the van. No apology offered.

None of those.  Zoom did deliver but to the incorrect address.    Very kind neighbour walked to where I thought it might have gone - YES there it was, the foreign nanny had accepted it without checking.  No answer to Ocado zoom tel.  Just a recorded message says due to fire drill it was temporally closed down.    No quick reply to email - will try to reply in 24 hrs.My postcode on some in car driving direction gadgets shows an incorrect address!    Ocado and Zoom have my address shown correctly - not sure what you can do about the drivers instructions though.  Since the council's new road restrictions more and more drivers are being forced to use these in cab instructions to ensure they don't use routes they are no longer permitted to use!

Glad you got it in the end.The 'foreign' nannies didn't check because most probably her Boss  is  ordering also with OCADO.I called Ocado costumer service today and spoke to someone - are you sure you have the correct number.

Yes there are two separate tel nos. 0345 656 1234 for Ocado and 0345 600 2000 for Ocafo Zoom.  Correct nanny didn't check as family have Ocado deliveries.  Bags had been partly unpacked, some items missing - intend to re-order tomorrow and tell Zoom to take away the wrongly delivered items and credit me.

Thanks very much for that, a local site operating as it should and thanks again to all those who shared the info.

Have not been able to get a slot on Ocado for more than 10 days. I asked them and they say they are busy but have more facilities coming on stream soon which should help

John, you can book slots in advance up to three weeks. Once you get a delivery and they took money from your account i would advise to book straightaway a new slot.
