People raised questions on other measures but there was no data presented on their impact - they have just been implemented - so apparently more sessions will be scheduled when this is available.I raised point that the measures for Wellesley Rd / Stile Hall Gdns aren't interim or experimental, they are permanent as the traffic management orders were all done in 2019. The construction work going on right how remodelling the junctions isn't temporary. This was confirmed. There is confusion about the 'except for access' restrictions for SOTG/Thames Rd and people asked what the time limit is.My interpretation is, legally the council can only enforce 'except for access' because that is what is defined in regulations. The survey camera locations were about 1km apart - I would need to check if they are the same as the current camera locations. Now a driver who took 1 minute 40 seconds may put forward the case that they actually stopped at the post office, bought some stamps and had a chat with Mrs Joshi before driving on, but good luck with appealing...
