Idiot Rollerblading Down Chiswick Footpath

There is a idiot who was shown in an article on 27th Dec on ChiswickW4 article about the cycle path that is rollerblading. He was rollerblading down the footpath yelling Hadouken at full speed with his top off and crashed straight into a group of women, knocking one down to the floor and then skating off without stopping on December 30th.

The police need to talk to him about his behaviour. I saw him today in the underpass to Church St, then heading down to the river and speeding along Chiswick Mall shouting at people to get out of his way in a very aggressive manner.

I nearly got knocked over by him in Devonshire Road on Monday.Even though the road was empty,he hurtled down the narrow pavement towards the river shouting at people to get out of the way.

I saw him a couple of days ago, while I was waiting at the traffic lights. I heard him for quite a time before he came into view, shouting at pedestrians as he zoomed along the pavement. Dangerous on many levels, his speed and no mask as he shouted at people. He definitely needs  some one to stop him using the pavement

My daughter mentioned him yesterday when she was in Chiswick Mall at about 3/4pm. Doing the same thing, going super fast and shouting rudely at people to get out of his way. Said it was quite scary for her and a friend who had gone for a walk.

Actually yes I do think there may be mental health issues there. Not sure what the best way to handle that is?
