Thames Water
Yet again we have the same old leak at the junction of Sutton Court Road and the A4. Thames Water have closed the road rerouting traffic via Wavendon Ave (having coned off access to Barrowgate Road), A4 and Hogarth roundabout. This is the third time they have dug up the same stretch of road causing traffic chaos, as usual they start by saying it will be closed for 5 days but the sign on SCR now says until 20th December ie 13 days. Having dug a big hole and closed the road I have not seen a single person working there yesterday or today. What is wrong with Thames Water, why have they had to fix the exact same leak 3 times and why are they hell bent on causing traffic chaos in W4 - no sooner do we get Acton Lane back open than they close Sutton Court Road. Are they incompetent or just having a laugh?
