Strongish man/woman with a impact drill? Car vandalised

Hi all, three cars parked on the street parked nr the Duke of sussex pub have had their wing mirrors tampered/vandalised with on both sides my retro car wing mirror was snapped off I looked it up on line seems simple to repair but one of the screws is not budging does anyone have a impact drill they can whip it out with? My B in L in Petworth had both wing mirrors and all the wiring pulled out - his Merc is one of several in the area.  Costing £1400 to replace.  Garage said the removal has been done by an expert.  Apparently they get sold on on Ebay.

Yes, I agree I hear cat converters are also being stolen & sold on, however I think in this case t'was a isolated act of vandalism, sadly.
