So what time on Thursday does lockdown start?

A minute past midnight on Wednesday or midnight on Thursday?  I've found two different possibilities on the government website, contradicting each other.  The Telegraph says midnight Thursday, the Guardian and the Independent don't say.

Telegraph:    'the measures, which will come into effect at 00.01 GMT       on November 5 and run until December 2, will see the closure of pubs, restaurants and non-essential shops.

I meant to say Guardian, sorry

Thanks.  I couldn't find that in the Guardian (their search facility isn't great), but it makes more sense than the Telegraph version.
