Don’t think this has been thought through. It’s going to create a couple of nasty little rat runs down narrow residential streets - St Mary’s and Burnaby, at precisely the time when kids will be going to or leaving school. The right hand turning south from St Mary’s will be perilous, all the more so as parents won’t be able to park near the school to collect their children so many will park in St Mary’s, making the road even narrower at the junction. Occasionally I see left hand turning vehicles having to reverse back out into on coming traffic as there’s not enough space for two vehicles at once. This will become more common, at just that time when there’s more kids about. An accident waiting to happen.
