"Any table with two or more couples or more than two women or men, or... are more than likely not to be a single households, though I'm sure others will come up with examples of how they could be"I can give a very obvious example which would be entirely familiar to people of my age: family of 4, both children are in their 20s but due to Covid at University are now living and studying at home.Of course going to a restaurant is a risk in the current climate but from the ones I have been to the tables are spaced in accordance with the rules, the staff are all wearing masks as are, except when actually sitting at the table, the customers. That makes it a relatively low risk location compared to public transport, walking down the high road etc
