No, but if an armed response unit were close to the scene they might well have attended first. My then 98-year old aunt was once stuck in the bath for hours, because her arthritis prevented her from pushing herself up, and a neighbour heard her cries through the bathroom window and called 999. The first people on the scene were armed officers. She was quite excited to be rescued by police with guns!
