How to dispose of glass table?

I have a glass and chrome table in parts, but missing the fixings, and want to get rid of it. The metal bits can go to Sterling Road tip, but has anyone any idea how/where to get rid of the solid glass top - approx 1.6 x 0.8m - and about 50 kg (guess). Or does anyone want it to attempt reassembly (needs allen screws)? Came from JLP originally. Or if all else fails there's the council's bulky waste collection service - assuming you're in Hounslow. Currently £40. Other boroughs will have their own version of this.https://www.hounslow.gov.uk/info/20002/recycling_and_rubbish/30/bulky_waste_collection_service

When I have had glass for disposal (not 50 kilos) the staff at Townsmead recycling centre have directed me to the rubble container.

Freecycle with www.trashnothing.com  When you freecycle something the recipient has to collect.Contact Petit Miracles in Shepherds Bush where they run upcycling workshops.  This often includes a small amount of repair work.https://www.petitmiracles.org.uk/events/furniture-upcycling-workshops/Why pay to dispose of something when somebody else could collect and make use of it?

Try freecycle.orgThere is quite a large local group. I managed to pass on a table and chairs last month.

Have you approached John Lewis to see if they can source you some replacement bits for the table - or will tell you where you can go?  Even if you don't want the table - the info may be useful for someone else.
