Covid protests London

So secions of the main stream media say they are all conspiracy theorists in trafalgar Square. Well ive just come accross this. Not sure they are such but have a varied view and have a reason as to why. Would not get me in trafalgar square but i think the video from an X journo i believe SKY has posted paints a varied picture even if you agree or not. The idea of numbers is irrelevant as on various talk radio shows many people agree with them. Will it grow in time is the question if we keep going in the way of opening, closing and changing as the months pass. Video Below

Very interesting Julian - I just wish I could have passed this on to other people- tried with wattsapp but it only showed my name!!!! Interesting how many people were there- no face masks and some just not realising how this is a killer.  Thanks for the video as the news just give it two minutes.

JP > "The idea of numbers is irrelevant as on various talk radio shows many people agree with them." [Emphasis added]So numbers do matter? But only on talk radio shows? It's a bit confusing.

Lets put it this way which is what  i was meaning.People allways talk about numbers in attendance as to how people in general feel. Which is irrelevant as many people calling into talk radio stations agree with what they are protesting about. Now what the percentage is ive no idea, maybe 15% as a pure guess which is many but obviously not 40 or 50. If things dont improve that voice can only grow. People will eventually get fed up and start questioning the facts, predictions and more.

JP > "Now what the percentage is ive no idea, maybe 15% as a pure guess which is many but obviously not 40 or 50."Numbers.Here's some more, from a talk radio station:"Over 75% support tighter coronavirus restrictions after PM's announcement"https://www.lbc.co.uk/news/coronavirus-support-tighter-restrictions-boris-johnson-announcement/It really is confusing...

"It really is confusing" What is confusing.

JP > "What is confusing."Numbers don't matter.Numbers do matter.Talk radio stations are a good barometer.Talk radio stations may be dismissed. How is public opinion evolving, and why should it automatically favour the covid protesters?

John Whitworth ● 2224d

"How is public opinion evolving, and why should it automatically favour the covid protesters?" Who said it did

Julian Pavey ● 2224d

You did, Julian. You said "If things don't improve, that voice (i.e that of the protesters) can only grow".

Robert Fish ● 2224d

I said it can only grow, not favour anyoneNothing to do with "How is public opinion evolving, and why should it automatically favour the covid protesters?" I think john is presuming im one of them which again i am not.

Many thanks for the video. It certainly paints a more genuine picture than what Sky news and the BBC painted. I agree apart from the virus that there is something not quite right going on and I believe a lot of people feel this way, just like in the video.

It is true as well as the ex-chef chap says, the way the media is handling things is sinister. For instance Sky news and the BBC seem to support BLM protests which were violent, but ignore and try to make a fool of anyone who attended the Trafalgar Square protest. Its not right and I think people are aware that something is wrong. Its the same as with the police and how they were violent at the Trafalgar Square protest, but then did nothing at a very violent BLM riot. I dont understand why this is!!!

chris poole ● 2224d

"but then did nothing at a very violent BLM riot."Because they dare not to because they would be accused of being racist.I have not seen any coverage of the Trafalgar Square protests but if the police took a no nonsense approach, good for them. If people are gathering illegally and risk spreading COVID, they should suffer severe consequences. This government has been far too soft with all these irresponsible morons.
