Speeding pensioners

Interesting item on Radio 4 yesterday about how our octogenarians are much nippier than their counterparts of thirty years ago, walking on average a whole 1mph faster. That's an impressive improvement in health and mobility.

I don’t walk that fast. I make a list of what I need when I go out, if only I could remember to take it with me !!

Pensioners are speeding up to get away from Covid. They aren't stupid. They know that Boris wants more of them dead to save on the Pensions Payments. I am hoping to see more of them out and about on e-scooters doing their business :-)
