Im stocking my outside bar up,cant be having a shortage of booze. Ive noticed for some months the lack of spirits on the shelves in some brands and type of spirit. Latest figures show 90% of heavies into heathrow are freight so not much has changed in the last 3 months. But i dont think bog roll comes from the asia pacific.

This thread was intended to be helpful in the event of a national bog roll shortage, Vanessa.For instance, you could use one of your cats to perform such bathroom duties.And since you seem always to have a permanent sore arse, you wouldn't even need to clip its claws.

Stores will buy where it's cheapest, they can get it here probably little more costly if anything.

The problem is some smaller stores buy from supermarkets and sell on, as they have had problems getting the stock sometimes or more convenient for them that's why there should be a limit within reason on what customers purchase. Or maybe the larger supermarkets are not bothered as long as it sells.

It's only a problem during the pandemic by the way as it leaves some areas short of stock for locals, have done it myself in the past if I ran low on supplies, not food, was other products but if you only need say six of something it's too small an order from the wholesalers.
