NHS waiting times

Hi neighbours,Long story short. I've been waiting for a semi-urgent appointment since march. It got cancelled twice by NHS. The latest rescheduling to Feb 2021 takes it to 54 weeks waiting times. To say I'm exasperated is an understatement. With the 2nd wave of covid coming I fear I will never get seen :-(. Where can I write to complain? Thanks!

I am in despair also. Been waiting to see my Gut man and ENT consultants since February also. Cancelled twice by both Hospitals . Now need new referrals as they said  I did not turn up for my appointment. My poor GP is going spare as thy ignore his letters and phone messages. PALS have tried to help me too in both hospitals  but not getting anywhere.  Deadlock !
