Hounslow Council

First upsetting thing is we got the second and final reminder today. Of course we have paid our council tax no idea why they are sending constantly reminders.Then I tried to phone them up several times and after listening 1 hour to an Opera on the phone I gave up. Busy lines all afternoon.Anyone same experience?

My experiance with council  phone numbers, not that i ring them very often, is you the obligatory  ring back  we are busy ok. Or when you get past that and hold on for an hour someone answers and they can't hear you. Or they actually answer and hang up as if the phones ringing in the office are a pain or just as they answer the line gets dropped.
