You really need the name of the legal entity.  The website isn't clear on that front.  Do you have an invoice with a name (Limited or "trading as") or a company registration number?

Have you tried searching Companies House ?

Trading as PicFrames ( on invoice ) does that help ?

I registered with them and got an email back confirming from Picframes, who also have the same phone number. Their website is https://www.picframes.co.uk - PicFrames is a trading name of BBP Ltd – company number 05034862 and they have a credit rating of 89/100 and a credit limit of £10,000. Their address is 7, Gate Farm B&B, Wettenhall Rd, Poole, Nantwich CW5 6AL

According to reviews of Picframes, the nameon your invoice https://www.reviews.co.uk/company-reviews/store/picframescoukthey were getting five star reviews just 1 day ago.Apparently their postal address is a B/B. Of itselfthis may not be a problem as they have good overall reviews. But it may mean they're a one or two personbusiness at best who find it difficult to copeat times. You don't say the time frame of your emails. As some such businesses may let emails mount up for days before tackling them. So if 17 were sent over say two days then this might not of itself be too suspicious. At present some very big outfits such as Odeon cinemasaren't picking up their phones or answering emailshttps://www.theguardian.com/money/2020/sep/08/odeon-cancel-membership-direct-debit-coronavirus-crisismichael adams
