Any Nordic Walking walkers in Chiswick?

I'm looking to build up my stamina after self-isolating and wondered if anyone who has Nordic Walking poles already can show me how to use mine? Years ago, perhaps 10, I joined a class in Ravenscourt Park but the trainer stopped soon afterwards, don't know why as there were quite a few of us.Thanks.

Thank you Helen, yes, I've watched a few but I prefer learning and talking with someone; as self-isolating was very, let's put it this way, isolating.
