Doubt Hounslow will laugh if they get a couple of compensation claims for inadequate lighting, obstructions on the highway should be lit at night.

Whats with the traffic jam down bath road and TGT. Gridlock all the way up TGT to the lights with CHR. All working out lovely i see.

A right load of bollards. Doesn't anyone from the highways department ever think about what they are doing ? Sticking unlit obstructions in the middle of a dimly-lit road is something that would only be done by those with dimly-lit brains.

I really don't quite understand how this happened.  I was under the belief the people that designed this new street feature had travelled personally down this street at various times to understand the layout of the road and how to address any problems??Or maybe they were basing their decisons on older Google maps images?  Can anyone remember who did travel these roads to enact these measures??

Quite.  Unfortunately our local councils are clearly full of those.  Dim with a lot of power.  Very frightening prospect.

They wanted the money but had a choice how to do it.  They made the wrong judgment call many times over.

I live on Bath Road, can’t wait to see what happens when all the kids are back at school and more people are back to work. Considering many people don’t want to use public transport .
