And so the madness begins

345pm driving around today  traffic is light.However Chiswick Park Roundabout Gridlocked backing right up bollo lane and Acton Lane.We all know how crazy traffic is in normal times say 6pm wed thu fri.Getting out of Chiswick to M4 could take an hour especially òct nov decI hope the people who say the traffic will just disperse are right me I just cannot see it.

Hopefully more people cycling and walking will mean those that need/have to drive have quieter roads to do so on.

might have had something to do with the backlog that was being created by Chiswick roundabout this afternoon, it was manic at 3pm

Getting out of Chiswick by car on a Friday night is going to be a nightmare.

Families manage to cycle in other countries in Europe in the autumn and winter.  It just gives the impression that we must be utter wimps when it is suggested that we won't.I am reminded that we also don't go to work in our cars either when there is a sprinkling of snow.  Other countries think we are a joke.

Agree Phillipa I was in Finland once I happen to mention I dont drive in the snow oh dear me the abuse I got was just terrible and my wife has looked at me different since we got back think she sees me more like a capon now wish I had never gone to flippin Finland cruel people
