As long as you only have the one! To quote the official line:"The proposal is therefore an access only zone to prevent through traffic." so as long as you don't make it too swift a half you should be fine. IĀ don't think your blue badge comes into it. ANPR cameras will monitor vehicle movements to determine which are driving straight through - this is not permitted. By the way the restriction isn't in operation yet is it? The recent closure of Thames Road at Kew Bridge is related to the construction of CS9 as far as I know.
