Video calling has really come into its own with the Covid crisis and lockdown. This is a better explanation than my earlier attempt. Even I can deal with some of it. I am lucky in that I sometimes answer and use someone else's smartphone so became less nervous in pressing some of the buttons on it. Fond memories still of my Dad who got himself a computer for his 80th birthday and promptly turned all the text into Japanese or Chinese and couldn't find exit and had to take it back to be sorted out!
