Birdie's Kitchen At Syon Park Now Open

Has anyone eaten at Birdie's Kitchen yet?   Be interested to hear their thoughts if they have.   I used to enjoy visiting the Garden Centre there - at one time the food was good too, it did go off though.  Maybe the closure of Church St hastened the end of the Garden Centre.  It was a real treat to drive through the lovely meadow with it wide band of wild flowers up to the generously sized car park.   Is that entrance still open or is one now to use the entrance on London Road instead?

Jennifer, you can enter the park via the Church St.entrance but I do not know if the car park is now for hotel guests only.The food in the new cafe certainly looks appetising but I haven't eaten there.

You can park in the hotel car park for free. The cafe is very pleasant with delightfully friendly staff.

Regarding Syon Park. Have just got back from the Drive and Dine evening. It’s really well organised. All the marshalls are masked. Very clear instructions and very easy to socially distance. You pre order your food and can order drinks via your mobile. And you sit in your car although we were told that you are allowed to sit on your own picnic chairs as long as you stay within your bay. Just great to go to an outside that has really considered safety. Oh , and the film? LaLaLand .

I wanted lunch in Birdie's Kitchen so thanks about info on entering Syon but how good or indifferent is Birdies?  Their menu looks interesting but don't want to drive there and then find We can't eat.The Drive & Dine sounds really good for others but I don't venture out late these days unless going to the Ballet or theatre.  Am really missing Olympic cinema trips with a lunch in Barnes with a group of old friends - will those days ever return?  Meanwhile anymore info on Birdies please.

Yes I did realise and thnks too.  Shall just have to drive there, maybe next week if I can book a table and see for myself.  Food is after all a personal matter.  Thnks again.

I've had coffee there which was very good - they do not have a loo though unless that has changed.
