Gardener needed

Can anyone recommend a gardener that can come and clear my garden/do some weeding? Looking ideally for someone who is paid by the hour and is very thorough

Don't ever pay by the hour but for the completed job.I pay my gardener (who is flat out else I would give you his number) a flat rate for the job. If it takes him an hour or two hours, the rate is the same. Swings and roundabouts. He is happy, I am happy.

Maybe an unemployed ex cab or mini cab driver, or perhaps a cleaner could comd and do weeding?  At the moment I am not allowed to have my cleaner in the house but I pay her the same amount and she does a wonderful job tidying and weeding my flowering pots and few flower beds.  Actually think she likes that better than housework!
