Channel 4 - 9.00.p.m. Mondays, started last week, 'Murder in the car park', you can get it on catch up. I vaguely remembered this case so thought I'd record it given the rubbish we are getting on the TV.This comes under the heading of stretching credibility and then some, had someone written this for T.V. no-one would believe it, such a twisted tale of lies, corruption and villainy. Give it a bash....

"This comes under the heading of stretching credibility and then some.....such a twisted tale of lies, corruption and villainy."Is it set in Hounslow House (or Fortress Lampton, if its a few years old) ?

Give it a rest, Richard.  You really are obsessed.

You took the words right out of my mouth there! Very tiresome and childish.

Although the Channel 4 drama documentary is a bit clunky, the true story is riveting.  Nick Davies has published some really in depth articles about the entire murky underworld that links the alleged attackers of Stephen Lawrence (or their dads) with corrupt police in south London, Rupert Murdoch and his cronies, the widespread hacking by the News of the Screws,  and associated cover-ups.  Daniel Morgan was about to expose all kinds of corruption before he was murdered, which was skated over by the first episode.  It really is a gripping snapshot of the underbelly of London in the 80s and 90s, but for anyone slightly frustrated by the documentary, it's well-summarised here:https://hackinginquiry.org/daniel-morgan-murder-leveson-2-updated/
