Customs Charge - Refund?
I've returned an item back to the U.S and understand from some online sources that I'd be able to claim back the import charge I paid. The assistant at the P/O (not Chiswick) didn't seem sure and the form I'm guided to complete online (BOR286) states to fill in only if I believe the charge to be incorrect (which I don't)Very grateful if anyone could give me a steer / confirm this form is permissible...Thanks
