Broken castor on home office chair.

Lovely comfortable chair but now unusable because the black plastic castor has broken. (It's not the pull off and replace type). Where could it get taken to be repaired? Suggestions welcombed.

Yes, the manufacturer would be my first choice.  Also Google and Youtube are very useful for fixes and Sugru is useful for fixing many things but be careful when it is something like a chair that has to take weight.  We don't know exactly what you mean by "broken".

I would ask if anyone has a second hand chair.  Some years ago I gave one away almost new for free as it was uncomfortable for my particular back problem.  Check the second hand sites and post what you want on there.

Thank you for your responses and suggestions. The chair was in storage..but  I've now checked the underside...STAPLES:Chair Office/ No arms/ Black /SBG item 25061...SKH#420531...Type CMade in 07/01/1915!I'll contact Staples HQ at High Wycombe.No recompence needed. Just a repairer I'llask them.  They will have surely received many such enquiries.Fingers crossed!
