I found one this morning lying in the grass and it looks like it's been there a while. One of the streets off Chiswick High Street.

Someone on Nextdoor.com has mislaid a gold signet ring, but thought it was lost elsewhere than where this one was found. Another poster has flagged up your find so hopefully if the two turn out to be one and the same there will be a happy ending!
