Well, Johnson has to fit in his tennis and his three hour power naps as reported today. And Mondays he is pretty busy being driven back from his long weekend in the country. So, even if it goes ahead it won’t be the PM.

There are none now of course at weekends.

Nappies to be changed. Hair to be ruffled. More lies to be told.

Rarely watch any TV these days and that includes the so called News orogrammes. On the subject of the PM - I think he is still trying to recover from his stay in hospital fighting Covid19. It's been reported many times that after a severe attack of this horrible virus, it can leave long standing health problems and takes many weeks if not months to recover from.

Nothing to report. We now await the second wave which will hit us badly in October.

But well enough to play tennis? He has been known throughout his career for being bone idle but has always found time for himself and his hobbies. I wonder if he still has time to make buses out of cardboard boxes and painting smiling people on the sides.
We have just been advised that the people who have died in the uk over the past few days have fallen . Still horrible but we are not being told how many people have contacted the virus over the past three days ? is this one of the reasons why the updates are not being told- just interested as we do need to be told.
Today's briefing is scheduled for 1700 hours. It's noticeable that on the rare occasions when Johnson does the briefing he's always late. At least Hancock is usually punctual.

They stopped weekend briefings due to viewing figures, not a lot can happen in 24 hrs so good call.

And as we know, the PM doesn't do weekends.
