Is anyone else having issues with Broadband in Grove Park this morning?

Seemed to have a bit of a hiccup mid-morning but working again now.

Virgin tv broadband/internet down in East Sheen since sometime before 8pm last night. Their diagnostics are saying there’s no problem externally so the issue must be inside my home (2 other immediate neighbours have identical situation!). They’re sending an engineer out to me on Friday morning but will only deal with my ‘ticket’. My neighbours must go through the pain of each spending 2hrs plus going through the same performance ... it’s madness!
