Hi TaraThis happened to me a few years ago. This worked for me...Switch it off at the mains for an hour or so. Then switch it in again. It might need to ‘reboot’ itself. 🤞

Have you checked the fuse in the wall plug or if you have a fuse board that has circuit breakers make sure that one has not dropped out.Good luck
