Austria imposed an early and harsh lockdown, and required the use of masks in shops, and afterwards on public transport. They also undertook many more tests per capita in the early stages - the UK has only recently caught up with them. It seems to me, from what I saw in Ravenscourt Park yesterday, and from BBC reports about people flocking to beaches, that the lockdown is already as good as finished here. And there are grave doubts whether testing and tracking capacity will be in place by 1st June. I wouldn't bet against a second wave.
