It’s difficult finding an email address to use for contacting Sainsbury’s. In the end I found one for Mike Coupe the CEO mike.coupe@sainsbury.co.uk  and complained by email to him about not being able to get a delivery or even register for one. I doubt if the email got to him but I did get this reply:-Thank you for your email. We are currently ensuring we assist the most vulnerable to ensure they are able to gain access to weekly grocery deliveries.  We are able to identify our extremely vulnerable customers by those who currently have an active grocery account, those who have been asked to shield by the NHS and those who have no support network. If you believe you fit the above criteria then please reply by return of this email this so we can further verify this. Should you need further assistance I would kindly suggest you visit the government website for advice: www.gov.uk/coronavirus-extremely-vulnerable I do apologise for any disappointment caused should we not be in a position to assist you further. Kindest regards Scott Billingsley | Executive OfficeJ Sainsbury plc | 33 Holborn | London EC1N 2HTscott.billingsley@sainsburys.co.uk  | 0207 695 8900Which I didn’t think much of. Yesterday the website did allow me to register as a customer but the is still no chance of getting a delivery. They don’t even ask your age. If I felt they were actually fully booked with vulnerable people I could accept it but I don’t believe they are. They just treat loyal customers with complete disdain.
