Posting a Royal Mail returns parcel

Does anyone know if the Chiswick post office has reopened yet?I need to return an item for which I’ve been send a prepaid returns label.  I’ve seen mention on here of a parcel box at Bollo Lane sorting office, but have never seen this - can anyone describe where it is in relation to the red letterbox on the corner?  Do you just open it and put parcels inside?  Do you get a receipt?  Thanks for any help.

The parcel box is on the junction of Bollo Lane and Bollo Bridge Rd, you can’t miss it. You just open it and deposit your parcel, you don’t get a receipt so I wouldn’t use it for anything valuable.

Royal Mail delivery office will take it of you. Open 7-9am closed on Wednesday.Ask your postman he might take it of you, if he’s got room in trolley.
