Simon Dolan expects the Judicial Review to cost in the region of £700,000, and more if he loses – less if he wins. The government has already requested more time to respond to his challenge, which his legal team granted the government a week ago, which I believe is now up. Mr Dolan believes he can win on the legal points but thinks that the biggest challenge will be with the Judges to make such a big ruling over the government. Simon Dolan’s legal team requested the Minutes from the Government SAGE meetings, but many have been withheld or redacted. However, in one document that they received relating to advice from the ‘Behavioural’ experts, it referred to the need to scare people, saying that “the perceived level of personal threat needs to be increased, using hard hitting emotional messaging”. So what’s in the pages that the government won’t release?!

This case is currently under review.One of Simon Dolan’s challenges to the government was to the legality of school closures. The government’s legal team has responded by claiming that the government never closed the schools, as assumed by the school bosses based upon the government’s verbal communications via the mainstream media. All a misunderstanding.
