I sent a small package over two weeks ago to San Francisco and it hasn’t arrived. Wondered if anyone knew whether parcels were being stopped and only letters (or nothing!) getting through?

Post is very erratic. My niece in New York had a baby at the end of March and one parcel got to her in a week, other stuff has taken a month. Even within the US it's very slow with parcels taking weeks to go state to state.

ALL in operation Elizabeth. As they all use partners like DHL,FedEX and UPS it could be held up the other side of the pond. Mail tends to end up thousands of miles away from its destination in the US before being air lifted again. With lockdown it could be a little longer to arrive given the huge increase in packages being sent around the worldUnless customs dont like whats in your package ?

Thank you both. You have confirmed what I was thinking. It may also have been destroyed as Julian suggested as it included twiglets and chocolate (although they have got through before)!
