Kew The Music - Status?

Has anyone seen any updates on Kew The Music this Summer? I would like to think the lock-down will be over by then, but it is looking increasingly unlikely.I suspect we will be challenged with seeking refunds.

I haven't heard anything. I suppose they are waiting till nearer the time to decide, though unlikely to be going ahead.I had tickets for an event at The Royal Albert Hall on May 9th. I had an email to say it was cancelled, there was no mention of my tickets or money though? I also have tickets to go to Highclere castle in July... I have not heard anything from them either.

I had a ticket for the Royal Festival Hall for 22nd of May,Got a cancellation notice through about a week ago,With details of a sort of voucher/credit schemeAnd next day a notice of the event being rescheduled for February 2021, So in a defiant act of hope I kept my ticket 😷

Ditto, Barbican, mid-May. Money back or hold it over for another performance.Friends of Kew have ben given a three month extension on their twelve month subscription. Maybe that means they expect to be closed for three months from shutting the gates.

If an event is cancelled, the ticket-holder is entitled to a refund. If you paid more than £100 for the tickets on a credit card the card company is jointly liable under s75.You do not have to accept a voucher or credit note or a rescheduled date - you are entitled to a refund.
