Bin Inspectors?

Last night, I was woken up by what I assumed was a fox trying to get into the food bins, when I looked out the window I could see 2 men (either side of the road) looking in peoples bins. They were wearing high vis jackets and had what looked like night vision googles on.  Does anyone know if Hounslow council send out inspectors to check peoples recycling?

No - the collectors decide what they have to take and whether or not people are putting the wrong stuff in them. Sounds really iffy to me.

There's no point in  speculating just now.We need only await Michael Brown's next YouTube video, when all will be made clear.(My money is on their being secret DNA collectors, working on behalf of Bill Gates and his plan to exercise total mind control via the "vaccine" he and the NWO are planniong.)

Nicholas,I don't know if this is helpful, or possibly applies here,but I recall some years back we had a similar query,and I think it the turned out to have something to do with a Utilities check,possibly water pressure being checked (?),and those recycle bins may have had to be moved to get to the access point (?)this is from faint memory, rummaging in my brain,so please don't hold me to it,but it may jog someone elses memory ..

Almost certainly Thames Water guys checking for leaks. They have a hearing device, sometimes known as a long ear trumpet, that allows them to detect them.

It would be worth checking with Thames Water. They should be able to confirm if they had staff out at that time.The alternative is that councils are looking to replace lost revenue with stricter enforcement of waste disposal rules. I think we should brace ourselves for ever more imaginative ways to fine us when lockdown ends.

It's clear that they are Thames Water workers checking for leaks, which they do regularly. Anything else is nonsense.
