I've got what seems like hundreds of the blooming things and have long since run out of 'artistic' things to do with them - nightlights in them around the garden, etc.

How about re-using them to make some more puds. Fruit jellies, choc mousses, mini trifles............ I've got some too and I've just given myself a good idea!

and I just heard a good recipe for making chocolate mousse with aquafaba and chocolate. It could be vegan if you can find a vegan dark chocolate eg Green & Blacks. Today's Kitchen Cabinet was really good and worth listening to again. Just as I thought I'd posted the other day a radio version of Ready Steady Cook. Viva No Food Waste!
