Dont start sending red letters out or letters stating you package is going up or your services are going to be restricted. Just does not sit right and most people on the radio saying they cant get to speak to anyone on the phones at the moment,what ever the service or subscription. SKY who i have been told are still sending letters out about contracts going up by April the 1st,but i think its late dropping into some doors due to the post. Sky and BT have had a huge run on sport package cancelations im led to believe. But not the right time to send such letters out and Councils need to be a bit more sensative and give people a little longer to pay. People are even struggling to get the benefits they have recently applied for. And i would not be surprised if you cant get to talk to someone on the phone reguards council bills. Lets hope those effected dont get a red reminder in the next two weeks for council tax due. While you have to pay your council tax,a months relief to pay should be imposed for all councils and auto generated red letters cancelled for one month. Obviously council tax must be paid,but come on,give people a months break,some dont need a red letter dropping on the door within the next two weeks.
