That is interesting as someone in commercial property told me that Pret a Manger were looking to take over this location.Maybe its not a good time and its on the back burner. If he was correct that is or was more a possibility.

PP went in for the dentist back in Oct 2019 (a lifetime ago, all things considered). I'd be surprised if that site would have anything like the footfall required for a Pret of that size.
