Fergal Keane
This morning on Radio 4 Fergal Keane read a verse from Benedictus, a Book of Blessings by John O’Donahue. He explained that verse had sustained him whilst he had been suffering from PTSD. It is truly life affirming and not just for those feeling depressed.
