Hi everyone, may I thank you so much for all your lovely tributes to Andy,I am just totally overwhelmed by this.Thank you Brian for settling  the ball rolling,as I really was not able to.I will post when I can, to talk about Andy,he was so brave,I was with him at the beginning...39 years of marriage...and at the very end.X

I was widowed five years ago, Chris, after 35 years of marriage, so I have some idea of what you're going through. Though I didn't have to do it in the middle of a global crisis.Thinking of you.

Andy had been posting less and we missed him and hoped he'd be luckier with another transplant.  It seems that wasn't to be.  Wishing you the greatest of strength as you go forward into your new and very different life.

Such sad news.  I only "knew" Andy from his posts but he was kind, helpful, experienced, stoic and understanding.  A good Chiswick online personality and you must feel such pain Chris.  My thoughts are with you and all Andy's loved ones.
