Is a Part of Dukes Closed?

Just been advised by a neighbour that a part of Dukes Meadows has been boarded off due to the amount of visitors crowding to the area through out the week.I cant go out to look, but interested in what part is closed.

Just curious as to how the play area has been closed. Padlock the gates and chain the swings so they can’t be used? Can’t get over to look, but curious as the Trust pays for all maintenance and repair of the play area, so hoping it has been done effectively but with minimum permanent damage.

There is someone who lives in Alexandra Gardens who will know how the playground has been closed. But the words boarded up were used to describe the closure.
