Large New Restaurant Planned On Turnham Green Terrace

Really?  Now?  How on earth could this be seen as viable?

If the government proceeds with plans to give a rebate on rates this will be a substantial boost to restaurants.

Not gonna happen. This government can't focus on more than one thing at a time and restaurants will be bust long before the Government gets its act together.

The world isn't ending. Given the time needed to complete the application and refit the premises, this might be a well-timed move. It's actually a great site so hopefully won't be a chain. Fingers crossed for a Lazarus like resurrection of the Turnham Green Chinese! Never really understood what Pizza Treat/Street was intending to be so it was a poor replacement.
