‘The Trouble with Maggie Cole’:-It was on at 9pm this evening on ITV. Very good and beautiful scenery. Written by Dawn French and set in a village in Cornwall.

I'll give it a go but I find that a little bit of Dawn French goes an awfully long way.

'a little bit of Dawn French goes an awfully long way.'Agree with that sentiment - but surprisingly did like McDonald and Dodds the other night. One of those little programmes easy to miss but so watchable is Home on Channel 5 Wednesday 9.00.p.m. And the mighty Last Tango is a delight!

Not CH.5 should read Channel 4!
Yes, I was surprised ny how much I enjoyed McDonald and Dodds as it sounded as if it might be a bit lame. Doesn't Jason Watkins live in Chiswick? Or am I dreaming that?
